Our refund policy is framed in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, and aims to maintain fairness for both the client and the firm.
2. Nature of Services
All services offered—whether subscription-based, course-based, or consultation—are digital, knowledge-based, and time-sensitive in nature. Once accessed or delivered (in full or in part), they are deemed to have been consumed.

5. Timeframe for Refunds
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, and credited back to the original mode of payment. No cash or manual refunds will be processed under any circumstance.

Note: We accept payments only via our official payment link with Rigi, or Cosmofeed. Any payment made outside these platforms will not be eligible for refund and is at the user's sole risk.
