How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How to take a Course?

After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

How will I get After Training Support and Handholding?

For StockAce Students, we have created private telegram channels for live market support and handholding. We update the chart analysis based on the strategies which we have taught you during the training sessions. These updates are being provided in Live and Off Market hours on regular basis for more understanding about our Strategies & Set-ups. This helps our Students to identify the trades independently with the help of Stock Scanner which we provide in the Training Sessions. Based upon your course for which you have enrolled, our team adds you in the relevant channel(s) after completion of your course.

How to use Access Codes?

You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@stockace.in with the issue details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?


Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@stockace.in

How to report an issue on the app?

For any other issues, please drop an email to support@stockace.in with the complete issue details. Please mention your Mobile Number in the Email to support you better.

How to join the Live Webinar and What are the timings?

After the you take our courses. you will get access of the Course in your Account.

Live Webinar Schedule will be provided there & You can attend the Live Webinar through Our Website & Mobile App itself on the Scheduled date & time.

Do you have any Class Room Training also ?

We don’t conduct any Classroom Training. All the training will be provided via Online Webinar.

Can I Re-join your next batch? What are the Charges for Rejoining the next Batch?


Yes, Of-course you can always re-join our next Batches upto 6 months.

There are no charges for re-joining the course, this is absolutely FREE for our Students upto 6 months after joining.

What is the Language of Training?

Trainings are provided in Hinglish (Hindi +English) , which is easy to understand for all Students

What are Scanners and How will I get Scanners?

Scanners are automated stock selection tools, which are based on technical parameters. We have made scanners for our strategies on various platforms such as chartink.com, market pulse App and tradingview.com. Scanners links will be available in the Course Contents itself and training of using these scanners will be provided be provided.
